Living Etc Magazine

So I'm a little bit chuffed, my 'Haters Gonna Hate' pigeon has it's very own spot in the January issue of Living Etc.
My very first magazine feature thanks to the A4 print being sold by the lovely Lizzie Evans at the Smug shop in Angel.

I only got 50 printed and they're selling fast which I wasn't expecting to be honest.
So thank you so so much to everyone who's been buying from me, pigeon prints and all.
You are all making me feel super special and I really appreciate it!!

Seeing as my prints are nearly gone and limited edition I think I'll be looking into getting him printed onto t-shirts in the new year :)

Feeling a little bit SMUG

So on Saturday I finally got a chance to go to the Pop Up Print Shop upstairs at Smug.

Such a lovely space and a ridiculous amount of amazing work on show.

Took a couple of pictures but unfortunately didn't have time to get everyones work, definitely going back though.

The shop is running until the end of January so make sure you go take a look, perfect Christmas present material all over the place!

It was unbelievably lovely to see my work in an actual shop with price stickers on them and everything.

Something a bit different.

My screen printing paint is having a strop and it hasn't transfered properly so going to have to go over them so I won't be listing them for a week or so.

Might also print them in gold! Hmm?

Girls + Zines @ Tatty Devine in Brick Lane

Just got back from the exhibition, was nice to see them all up (and to see mine)

However there were two girls who didn't seem to want to relinquish their prime spot in the middle of the wall (can't really blame them, there's so much to look at) so I couldn't really get to any of the zines....will have to revisit when it's quiet!

P.S. Spot my zines! You don't get a prize.. just a feeling of satisfaction for being so ruddy clever.

GIRLS + ZINES

I recently opted to take part in a mini exhibition at Tatty Devine's Brick Lane shop.

I donated two of my zines to be featured in Barbara Ryan's mini zine exhibition/library.

The private view is this Wednesday 6pm-9pm (3rd August) people are welcome to come have a look, sit and read and even zine swap.

Afterwards the zines are all going to be archived at the British Women's Library.

I'm a bit excited to see everyone's stuff.

The Lucky Dip Collective 1.0

Went to Hackney Wick today to see where my work was being sold, there's always so much on around that area but I don't live round there so I never hear about it.

Lots of food stalls, mini exhibitions and crafts stalls. Lovely stuff!

Went to visit the Lucky Dip stall twice and both times someone was buying something of mine.. always nice :)
